• Good news! We offer free shipping on all domestic orders within Hong Kong. And if you're in the area, you also have the option to swing by and pick up in store.
• We know you're excited to receive your order, and we don't want to keep you waiting too long. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from our Hong Kong warehouse, depending on availability and credit verification.
• You can expect delivery within 3 business days from the ship date.
• Just a quick heads up: our offices and warehouse take a break on weekends and public holidays, so keep that in mind when planning your order.

Returns & Exchanges:

Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straightaway if you’d like to exchange for another size or return it for store credit or refund. 

You have 14 days from receiving your order to innitiate the return of unwarn and undamaged items:

• Upon receiving the confirmation, mail your returned item to: 1/F, 52 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong
•  Please note you will need to bear the cost of postage for the return items.
