Retail Shop Purchase
Store purchases cannot be returned for Store Credit. However, you’re more than welcome to make an exchange within 14 days at our Hong Kong retail shops with a valid receipt.
Only full-priced items in original condition with product tags and packaging intact will be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Policy

Exchange to a lower value item – No refunds or reimbursements will be made.

Exchange to a higher value item – A top-up will be required.
Exclusions

All product(s) purchased in physical stores are not eligible for refund or return.

Full-priced product(s) sold at a markdown or with promotional codes that explicitly state no exchange/refund/return are not eligible.

Defected or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of purchase. Any reports beyond this period will not be eligible for replacement or exchange.

All exchanges are final.

In case of any dispute, Maison Muguet reserves the final right of decision.
Online Shop Purchase
Online full-price purchases are eligible to be returned for Store Credit or exchanged.
Items must be in their original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect, and returned within 14 days of receiving the package.
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Make sure to keep your return package tracking number.
We will only issue credit once tracking information confirms delivery to our address.
