Nestled on the floor atop Tom Dixon on Hollywood Road in the heart of Central, Maison Muguet is a curated fashion and lifestyle boutique dedicated to the busy women of Hong Kong who carry themselves with undeniable confidence—or, as they say, je ne sais quoi—and a taste for timeless, accentuating styles over trend-driven designs.

“Fashion is a powerful tool for self-expression and empowerment. These women have their own style and know their body. They are not crazy about trends and they come here to look for clothings that let them feel comfortable, confident and ready to take on the world,” Christy Chan, founder of Maison Muguet, explains.

As an international metropolis, Hong Kong has become the Asian headquarter for branded fashion giants—from fast fashion to the luxury arena—near and far. While there are seemingly no shortage of fashion offerings in the market, there is one thing that Chan and her customers at Maison Muguet all agree upon: the aesthetics available are too monotone, and more than often too commercial. With that in mind, the Central Saint Martins alumna founded Maison Muguet in 2018, created with a vision to offer a space for likeminded individuals to unwind as they explore the different designs and aesthetics by distinctive fashion and jewellery brands—South Korea’s LOW CLASSIC to Hungary’s Nanushka, Australia’s Dion Lee, USA’s Jonathan Simkhai, Istanbul's Tohum Design, UK’s Missoma and many more—hailing from all around the globe.
