Shipping Fees

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders within Hong Kong.

International orders over USD 400 qualify for complimentary shipping. A flat shipping fee of USD 25 applies to international orders of USD 400 or less.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within two business days of purchase, subject to product availability and payment verification. Orders are not processed on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Processing and dispatch may take longer during peak periods or when circumstances beyond our control affect our operations.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following delivery estimates begin after dispatch from Hong Kong and do not include order-processing time:

United States: 7–10 days
South Korea and Japan: 7–14 days

Delivery times for other destinations vary. Customs clearance, local courier operations, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

Duties and Taxes

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are not included in the order or shipping charge and are the recipient’s responsibility.

If you decline to pay applicable import charges and refuse delivery, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the shipment and any additional costs incurred by Maison Muguet.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified once placed. If you wish to request a cancellation before your order is dispatched, please email cs@themaisonmuguet.com as soon as possible. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Please check that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete before placing your order. Maison Muguet is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Any resulting redelivery charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a return.
