What is your online return policy?
For online orders, we accept stuff in new condition with original tags attached for a full refund. 
You have 7 days from the ship date to get your return postmarked back to us. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that all apothecary, underwear, pierced jewelry, and sale items are final sale.
Maison Muguet monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

What if my return is late?
All returns should be in new, unworn condition with the tags still attached. Any returns received postmarked after 7 days from the ship date are ineligible for return and will be automatically reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

Can I return Final Sale items? What if it was a gift?
Final Sale items cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about the style, please reach out to Customer Love before placing your order. Sorry, but items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our 'Final Sale' policy and cannot be returned.

What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange something for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.

Can I return my online order to Maison Muguet showroom?
You can! Just make sure you return it in-store 10 days from the ship date.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed at our factory and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund so you know it’s on the way.

What is your in-store return policy?
For in store purchases, we accept returns back for e-gift card or exchange only within 5 days of purchase. We accept items in new condition with original tags attached. Please note that all apothecary, lingerie, hosiery, pierced jewelry, eyewear, vintage, and sale items are final sale. Please return the stuff you buy in-store back to the store.

Login to your Maison Muguet account, click on My info, press Return Product button and follow the on-screen steps to create return.

Email our customer service with your order number and the items you want to return for a return form and return address, fill out the return form and slip it inside the mail along with the return products. 

Choose your preferred courier and send it back to us.

* Please remember to slip the return form inside the mail otherwise we won't be able to track. 

How do I return an order from outside Hong Kong?
We offer easy return shipping for our international customers. If you are sending back a return from outside Hong Kong, just reach out to Customer service with your order number and the items you want to return, and we will provide a return form. There is a US$20 fee for international returns that will be deducted from your refund when the return is processed. Pick-ups are not included in this service. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. Sorry, but this service is not available for some countries right now;

Put anything you don’t want in a mailer.
Fill out the return form and put your packing slip in with your stuff.
Get the package to the courier.
You can also choose to send your stuff back to us using your preferred courier service. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. Any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.
