We are pleased to offer free domestic shipping within Hong Kong and free worldwide shipping on orders over USD 400.
For international orders below USD 400, a flat rate of USD 25 applies.
All orders are shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse using trusted international couriers to ensure a secure and smooth delivery experience.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase, pending product availability and payment verification.
Orders are not processed on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays.
While we aim to ship within the stated timeframe, unexpected delays may occur due to peak seasons, courier factors or force majeure.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
