We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within Hong Kong and complimentary international shipping on orders over USD 400.
For international orders below USD 400, a flat shipping fee of USD 25 applies.
All orders are dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse using trusted international couriers to ensure a secure and smooth delivery experience.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase, subject to product availability and payment verification.
Orders are not processed on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays.
While we aim to dispatch every order within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Following dispatch from Hong Kong, estimated delivery times are:
