Purchases Made in Store

Purchases made in our physical boutique cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Full-priced items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all product tags and packaging intact.

If you exchange for an item of lower value, the price difference will not be refunded or reimbursed. If you exchange for an item of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.

Items sold at a markdown, or purchased under promotional terms that expressly exclude returns and exchanges, are not eligible for exchange. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of purchase to be considered for a replacement or exchange.

All exchanges are final. In the event of a dispute, Maison Muguet reserves the final right of decision.

Purchases Made Online

Eligible full-price online purchases may be returned for store credit or exchanged. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the package and must be in their original, unused condition, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

For change-of-mind returns, we do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges.

Items purchased with a promotional code are not eligible for return or exchange where the promotion’s terms expressly state that returns, refunds and exchanges are not permitted. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the package to be considered for a replacement, store credit or exchange.

In the event of a dispute, Maison Muguet reserves the final right of decision.

How to Request an Online Return or Exchange

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your tracking number. Store credit will only be issued once tracking information confirms that the returned package has been delivered to our address.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued for eligible online returns and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It may be used towards an exchange or a future purchase.

Items received through an exchange are final and cannot be returned again for additional store credit.

Online Size Exchanges

We offer one size exchange for the same item, subject to stock availability. Exchanged items cannot be returned, and a second exchange for the same order is not permitted.
