Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide.

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that you may change your mind about your order. At this time, once the order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it. However, should the item(s) not work for you, you can apply for a return or an exchange.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Shop Pay, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Union Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Shipping

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. We normally process the orders with 2 business days from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on destination and may take between 3-8 business days, except for major events, holidays and force majeure.

Please make sure to enter a correct address at checkout. We do not take responsibility for undelivered parcels due to an address issue or a lack of a secure delivery location. The customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

What shipping methods do you use?

For domestic orders, we use SF Express.

For international orders, we use a variety of couriers depending on availability. Couriers we use in majority cases include SF Express, DPD, UPS, and the local post services.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

We offer free international shipping on orders exceeding USD 350.

For orders below USD 350, a flat shipping fee of HK$ 196 (US$ 25) will be applied at checkout.

Please note, all international order are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Do I have to pay duty and import taxes?

All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) which means tax and duty will be charged upon the shipment's arrival in the destination country.

Our shipping partner will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods are held at customs. It is your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

Please be aware that if you don't choose to pay the import taxes and refuse the delivery, we reserve the right to charge the cost of returning the shipment and any additional costs incurred by Maison Muguet to you.

Returns & exchanges

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Online full price purchases are eligible to be returned for Store Credit / Exchange.  Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the customer having received the package. All shipping fees will be responsible by the customer. 

Exclusions:

  1. All full priced product(s) sold with promotional codes in which the terms attached to such promotions have been stated that exchange, refund and return is not allowed, are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.

  2. Defected / Incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receiving the package, or else will not be eligible for Replacement / Store Credit / Exchange. 

In case of any dispute, Maison Muguet reserves final rights on decision. 

Online Order Return Procedure:

  1. Please email cs@themaisonmuguet.com to request an exchange. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. 

  2. Mail your returned item to:
    1/F, 52 Hollywood Road, Central, Hong Kong

  3. Please keep your return package tracking number. We will only issue credit for packages if the customer provides tracking information and shows items have been delivered to our address.
Can I return my purchase in store?

Store purchases cannot be returned for Store Credit. However, you're more than welcome to make an exchange within 14 days at our Hong Kong retail shops with a valid receipt. 

Only products in their original condition with the product tags and packaging still intact will be valid for exchanges.

You may exchange for another item:

  • Only full-priced items in its original condition with the product tags still intact will be valid for exchanges.
  • You may exchange to another item:
  1. Exchange to lower value item(s) - No refunds or reimbursements will be made.
  2. Exchange to higher value item(s) - A top-up is required.

Exclusions:

  1. All product(s) purchased in physical stores are not eligible for refund or return.
  2. All full priced product(s) sold with mark down prices or promotional codes in which the terms attached to such promotions have been stated that exchange, refund and return is not allowed, are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
  3. Defected / Incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of purchase or else will not be eligible for Replacement / Exchange.
    All exchanges are final. In case of any dispute, Maison Muguet reserves final rights on decision.
Do you accept exchanges?

We accept exchanges on a case by case basis depending on stock availability. If you would like to exchange an item you purchased, email us at  cs@themaisonmuguet.com and we will reply to you within 1-2 business days.

Please note, you will need to bear the cost any shipping fees associated with the exchange.

What items can I return?

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear, and must have all product tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to block customers suspected of "wardrobing," which involves wearing items and then returning them for credit.

What should I do if I think an item I purchased from your site is faulty?

Please email  cs@themaisonmuguet.com  and we’ll look into this for you.
When you get in touch with us, please provide your order number and photographs of your item.

Please be aware that items which have been damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or your own misuse, will not be considered faulty.
