Shipping Fees

Delivery within Hong Kong is complimentary for every order. International delivery is complimentary when the order total is greater than USD 400. International orders of USD 400 or less incur a flat shipping fee of USD 25.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within two business days, subject to product availability and payment verification. We do not process orders on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays. We will email your tracking details after dispatch. Processing may take longer during busy periods or circumstances beyond our control.

The following estimates begin after dispatch from Hong Kong and do not include processing time:

United States: 7–10 days
Japan and South Korea: 7–14 days

Delivery times for other destinations vary. Customs clearance, local courier operations, public holidays and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

Duties and Taxes

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Applicable import duties and taxes are not included in the order total or shipping charge and are the recipient’s responsibility.

If you decline to pay import charges and refuse delivery, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the shipment and additional costs incurred by Maison Muguet.

Order Changes and Delivery Information

Orders cannot be modified after placement. If you wish to request cancellation before dispatch, email cs@themaisonmuguet.com as soon as possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Please check your address and contact details before ordering. Customers are responsible for redelivery charges arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information. Original shipping fees are non-refundable when an order is returned.
